Training Course was very successful.
The Trainer is a Consulting Company's President from Hongkong.
He's a very nice person with a little bit bad Putong Hua
I was an activist asking and answering the questions he asked out.
I just can remember the feeling when I was at college.
We talked with teacher, sharing our own opinions about the operation of some other companies, such as Starbucks and IKEA.
How to serving the customers?
How to seperate the customers?
How to manage them and how to calcuating the benifit from our protential customers.
This I've never been heard was a new experience about other companies experience, broadening my horizon at times.
